Hello, I'm Derrae, founder of Xi Elle's Angels, a braiding service inspired by my daughter, Neah Xielle. As a state-registered, hair braider in Kansas City, MO, since 2018, I've combined my childhood passion for hairstyling with a dedication to empowering clients to feel confident and beautiful. By choosing me, you'll experience a personalized, integrity-driven approach that prioritizes your child’s hair health and longevity. My goal is to not only create stunning braids but also educate you on gentle hair care practices, ensuring your child’s hair remains healthy and thriving.
Is braiding hair included in services?
Braiding hair IS provided with services and clients do not need to bring any. Please contact Derrae if your child has sensitivity issues with kanekalon synthetic braiding hair and we will discuss alternative options.
FAQs
What should we bring to the appointment?
Your child is welcome to bring any items that will keep them happy and comfortable during their service. This includes but not limited to headphones, homework, laptop, snacks, drinks, tablet, phone, chargers, books, blanket, coloring book, etc.
Where are you located?
We are located in the Brookside Neighborhood of Kansas City, MO. You will receive an email with the address and detailed parking instructions after your appointment has been made.
Do you shampoo hair?
Shampooing is not included in our services. We offer a Shampoo add-on available for $25. Otherwise, All clients are expected to arrive with freshly cleaned hair that is fully and thoroughly detangled, no exceptions.
